Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, good location

My comment would not be a good reference since I got free upgrade to Sunstar Park hotel(main) instead of Sunster hotel Davos(annex located next to main buildings). Therefore I was really satifsfied with the facility but it should not be fair to evaluate the Sunstar Hotel Davos.

The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of freshly baked bread, pastries, and choices for hot food. the location was perfect too, with easy access to the train station and a convenient shuttle bus service. What I loved most was the spectacular view from my room, overlooking the stunning mountain ranges, which made my New Year's experience all the more memorable.

The lack of information in English at the hotel restaurant, which made it difficult to understand the dishes on the menu. the service there was a bit disappointing, as the staff was not very attentive or friendly towards me.

I have gluten intolerance, and the staff were most helpful and knowledgeable about the problem, so meals and the ease of ordering from the menu made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. After almost 4 weeks in Europe, the Sunstar Hotel Davos provided the best accommodation we experienced.

the wooden furniture in the room was cozy and comfortable, and the bedding made for a great night’s sleep. The buffet breakfast had a range of options, and the coffee served was of particularly high quality. We also enjoyed the free minibar, which was a nice added touch.

Some areas of the hotel felt dated and could benefit from modernization. the hotel was quite pricey, and some of the facilities were limited.

A special stay. I recently stayed at the Sunstar Hotel and had a truly memorable experience celebrating a birthday with friends. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the slopes and city. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel itself was clean. But what made our stay truly special was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly Margret Kroll at the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, organizing a cake, making restaurant reservations, and offering valuable advice. Margret made us feel truly special during our time at the hotel. Because of this amazing service, I know exactly where I will stay the next time I visit this beautiful alpine city. Highly recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Sunstar Hotel.

Friendly and informative staff, great spa facilities, and good breakfast selection. Hotel is well-designed with spacious lobby and Swiss feel. Shuttle bus to ski lifts is a plus.

Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
